  　　冷轧板的规格大小是由工厂的生产能力和市场需求决定的。市场上冷轧板的厚度一般是在0.1毫米到8毫米之间，大部分工程生产的冷轧板厚度是在4.5毫米左右。而冷轧板的宽度一般情况下是在600毫米到2000毫米之间，长度则是1200毫米到6000毫米。在这里需要提醒大家的是，在选择冷轧板的时候，要根据其用途来选择适合的规格，这样才能够更好地使用冷轧板。

  　　(1)边裂缺陷  

  　　冷轧板在生产过程中需要使用漏斗型结晶器，该漏斗型结晶器内部的流动和传热是不运行的，所以在铸造中经常会造成卷渣，大部分的卷渣会沉积在铸坯边，从而形成冷轧板边裂缺陷。  

  　　(2)氧化铁皮压入缺陷  

  　　冷轧板的氧化铁皮压入缺陷是在轧制过程中造成的，不过这一缺陷在之后的酸洗和冷轧过程中基本上可以消除，对冷轧板不会造成太大的影响。  

  　　(3)表面缺陷  

  　　冷轧板的表面缺陷一般就是指酸洗后冷轧板表面出现的黑色线条，这一缺陷主要是来自于冷轧基料的缺陷，所以选择好的基料就可以避免出现冷轧板表面缺陷的问题。  

  　　冷轧板和热轧板都是比较常用的板材类型，但是冷轧板和热轧板的区别还是很大的，一起来围观一下冷轧板和热轧板的区别吧。  

  　　(1)热轧板硬度较低，加工比较容易，具有很好的延展性能。而冷轧板硬度较高，加工相对要困难一些，但是具有不易变形、强度高的特点。
