房屋装修协议应包含以下内容:

    

　　1、当事人双方:写明双方相关信息，比如姓名、联系电话、地址、法定代表人、公司营业证号、公司地址等信息。

    

　　2、工程概况：写明工程地址、居室规格、施工内容、委托方式、施工时间等信息。

    

　　3、工程价款：约定好房屋装修的工程价款，以防最后因价款原因起纠纷。

    

　　4、装修质量的约定：约定好工程使用的材料品种、规格、名称，如有特殊施工项目或特殊质量要求，双方应确认，增加的费用，应另签订补充合同。还应约定如果材料有发包方自行提供，则产品质量由发包方负责，施工质量由承包方负责。

    

　　5、付款方式：协议中应对每一笔款项的支付金额及支付时间进行详细的预定，以及逾期付款的责任。

    

　　6、违约责任：双方擅自违约的责任，以及违约金的约定。

    

　　7、争议解决方法

    

　　8、合同效力

  

    

  　　签订房屋装修协议时应注意的事项：  

       

  　　第一、协议中要明确装修的具体要求和完工日期，不要给装饰公司创造粗制滥造和拖延工期的条件。  

       

  　　第二、协议中必须注明使用装饰材料的具体品牌或型号，以防装饰公司以次充好。  

       

  　　第三，在工程进行中，如果要增减一些装修项目，要记得填写相关的“工程洽商单”，并作为协议的附件汇入装修协议书中。  

       

  　　第四，协议中要有房屋装修质量保修条款，而且要注明有关责任和处理方法。

  　　1.由于甲方原因导致延期开工或中途停工，甲方应补偿乙方因停工、窝工所造成的损失，每停工一天，甲方付乙方________元;甲方未按合同的约定付款的，每逾期一天，支付_______元违约金。

  　　1、检查车库卷帘门内部的金属轨道。查看将轨道固定到墙壁的安装支架。如果支架松了，请拧紧螺栓或螺钉。将车库卷帘门关上，在车库内部检查轨道是否有凹陷、弯曲或变平的地方。如果有任何损坏之处，请用橡皮锤，或用一块废木料垫着锤子敲打这些地方。如果轨道严重损坏，必须更换。  

       

  　　2、用水平仪检查轨道，确保轨道在同一水平线上。水平轨道应当略向车库后部倾斜，轨道的纵向部分应精确垂直。在车库的墙壁上，两条轨道必须处于同一高度。如果轨道没有准确对齐，请将固定安装支架的螺钉或螺栓拧松，但不要把它们取下来，然后小心地敲打轨道，使它们移动到适当的位置。车库卷帘门具有从垂直转为水平的轨道;两部分轨道必须对齐，并确保将门的各个部分铰接牢固。  

       

  　　3、用高浓度家用清洁剂清洗轨道，去除污垢和硬化的油脂。将转轴彻底清洗干净，然后将轨道和转轴擦干。将石墨粉撒在轨道上，将家用润滑油或硅树脂喷在转轴上，或者在轨道、滑轮和转轴上喷洒车库门专用润滑油喷剂。  

       

  　　4、查找变松的部件，并根据需求上紧。在卷帘门上，请检查将门的各个部分固定在一起的铰链，将所有变松的螺钉拧紧，并更换受损的铰链。门有时向一侧下沉，可以通过维修铰链来纠正。如果螺钉孔变大了，换一根直径相同但更长的螺钉，在一根空心纤维棒上涂木工胶，然后套在新螺钉上。如果铰链处的木料出现裂缝，拆掉铰链，将木料填孔剂填在裂缝和螺钉孔中。待填孔剂干燥后再更换铰链，如果可能，请将铰链移到实心木料上。上掀式车库门在水平轨道上移动。动力弹簧安装在门框上，并与门连在一起。  

       

  　　5、检查弹簧。在卷帘车库门上，每一面的弹簧均由滑轮上的弹簧式缆线控制。为了调整弹簧的弹力，请将经过门上方平板的缆线拉长，然后在末端重新打结，以保持新的弹力。注意：如果车库卷帘门只在门中央有一个扭转弹簧，该弹簧的弹力过大会使维修者受伤，应当打电话向专业维修服务部门求助。  

  

    

  　　1、材料：所运用的材料都要进行防腐处理，并且材料和要生产工艺书上的材料相符合，而且还要有合格证。  

       

  　　2、工艺：焊接工艺要严密，所用的焊条的规格、型号要与所焊件相符合，焊接出来缝隙要整齐、不要有坑坑洼洼，并且要注意是否有地方没有焊接紧。  

       

  　　3、各类辅料：比方说密封条、螺丝等辅料，要和门窗是同一个规格，并且验收的时候主要螺丝有没有松动，密封条有没有密封等等。  

  

    

  　　第一、在使用铝合金门窗时，推拉动作要顺其自然，打开有困难时不宜大力猛推，应先排除故障。  

       

  　　第二、要保持门框和推拉槽的清洁，可以用吸尘器去除槽内和门封毛条的积灰。  

       

  　　第三、清洗铝合金门窗时，不可以踩在铝框上，也不可以拉住框作为支撑，以免损坏门窗。  

       

  　　第四、可以使用软布沾清水或中性洗涤剂清洗铝合金门窗，不宜使用肥皂、洗衣粉、去污粉、洗厕精等带有强酸碱性的清洁剂。  

       

  　　第五、雨天过后，应该及时将淋湿的玻璃和门窗框擦干，尤其要记得擦干滑槽内的积水。  

       

  　　第六、滑槽使用久了，磨擦力会增加，这时可以适当加点机油或者涂上一层火蜡油进行润滑。  

       

  　　第七、要时常检查铝合金框架的连接部位，查看螺栓是否旋紧，并及时更换受损零件，定期加润滑油保持开闭的灵活。  

       

  　　第八、定期检查密封毛条和玻璃胶封是否脱落，如有脱落应及时修补或更换，以保证门窗的密封保温性能。
