(1)改水电  

       

  　　装修工需要根据房屋结构计划好水电的位置，最好多留几个插座口，以免日后生活不方便，水电的装修费用虽然比较贵，但是为了日后生活的安全性，这笔钱不能省。  

       

  　　(2)铺地板、墙。  

       

  　　买地砖、墙砖要货比三家，挑好颜色、质量、价钱。在铺地、墙的时候尽量在现场监督，铺好后检查地砖、墙砖是否空鼓现象，重点敲打瓷砖的边和角。看墙砖是否贴平整，以及检查墙砖的接缝处和四角汇合处是否平整，发现问题，及时提出改正。  

       

  　　(3)木工  

       

  　　木工主要是负责家里的门套、门、鞋柜、橱柜、衣柜、书桌、床、电视墙、吊顶等，可以根据日常的需要来订做。要留有足够的储物空间，便于日后生活物品的存放。而厨房、卫生间吊顶可以选pvc或者铝扣板，不仅价格便宜，还美观耐用。  

       

  　　(4)刮家。  

       

  　　刮家步骤比较繁琐，需要好几遍才能完成，并且在最后一道工序喷漆之前上门套。装修结束后可以添置一些日用的家具之类，开始美好的生活。  

  

      

    

  　　(1)水电处理要谨慎  

       

  　　在家庭的简单装修中，水电是一笔较大的开始。所以手头比较紧张的消费者会在这方面比较节省，往往只关注价格，而对于质量不大看重。这是万万不可的，因为如果电线、水管质量不达标，对以后的家居生活带来极大的安全隐患。所以要想住的安心、放心，在购买电线和水管时，应该购买性价比高的电线与水管。  

       

  　　(2)电源插头不够用。  

       

  　　很多奔着简单装修的消费者认为电源插头多的情况下会造成电线的浪费，所以就尽量节省安装电源插头的数量。这是做法是不对的，因为科技发展，家用电器越来越多，当插座不够时，要想再安装就没那么容易了。为了电器的安全使用，在装修设计时就应该根据住房面积集合家庭实际电器量，合理安装电源插头，并留出一些待用插头，以便日后使用。  

       

  　　(3)地板砖过于低档化  

       

  　　为了节省装修的，很多消费者不愿意花大价钱购买上乘的地板砖，其实反而适得其反。因为地板砖是易磨损件，价格便宜的质量上就次之，不仅不耐磨，防滑效果也较差，容易造成意外伤害事故。所以在购买地板砖时，为了以后的生活，起码要买中档的。  

       

  

      　　(1)水电  

         　　不同面积的商品房其水电项目的收费标准是不一样的，一般80平米以下的户型在2000元-5000元左右，120平米以下的户型在4000元-8000元左右，在装修之前一装修公司会收取1000左右的预付金。  

         　　(2)地面处理  

         　　一般在装修地面时无非就是铺地砖或者是地板，：地砖的铺贴要比地板复杂得多，需要装修工人的细致作业，所以地砖、铺贴费用要比地板多一些。一般铺地砖45元-53元/平米，  地板的铺设是由卖地板的商家负责。  

         　　(3)墙面处理  

         　　在墙面处理上可以选择刷漆或者贴瓷砖，一般刷墙主要为一遍界面剂，加上3遍腻子以及3遍乳胶漆，目前刮腻子20-30元/平米，刷乳胶漆15-40元/平米，贴墙砖47元-55元/平米。  

         　　(4)吊顶  

         　　装修公司在收取吊顶的费用时，一般都会整体报价，其中包括使用的龙骨、收边线等材料。目前市面上普通铝扣板吊顶130元-140元/平米,集成吊顶300元-400元/平米,防水石膏板吊顶240元-250元/平米。  

  

    

  　　三棵树油漆选购要点如下：  

       

  　　1.尽量到重信誉的正规市场或专卖店购买，从近几年市场质量技监局监督抽查结果来看，这些企业销售的内墙涂料抽样合格率较高。  

       

  　　2.选购时认清厂名、厂址、产品标准号、生产日期、有效期及产品使用说明书等。最好选购通过ISD14001和SO9001体系认证企业的产品。  

       

  　　3.购买符合《GB18582室内装饰装修材料内墙中有害物质限量》标准和获得环境认证标志的产品。此外，最好不要购买添加了香精的涂料。  

       

  　　4.选购时要注意观察商品包装容器是否有破损和膨胀现象，购买时可摇晃一下，如果有胶结现象则不能购买。、  

       

  　　5.通常多数涂料不能当场开罐检查内在的质量，所以购买时一定要索取购买的发票等有效凭证和施工说明书。  

       

  　　6.使用前先开罐检查涂料是否有分层、沉底结块和胶结现象。用棍轻轻搅动，涂料在抬起的棍上停留时间较长、覆盖均匀，则质量较好;用手轻捻，感觉细腻，干后用清水很难洗掉的为好。  

  

    

  　　第一、在搬运过程应小心轻放，注意不要碰撞到硬物，。  

       

  　　第二、放置铁艺护栏的地面应平整，安装应牢固，以免日后导致变形，影响其使用寿命。  

       

  　　第三、要定期除尘，最好使用较软的棉质布进行擦拭，使铁艺的保护膜不受损。  

       

  　　第四、应注意防潮。如果在大雾天气或下雨天，应在过后使用干棉布擦干栏杆上的水珠。  

       

  　　第五、远离酸碱，铁艺护栏如果沾上酸碱物品，必须立刻用清水冲净，再用干棉布擦拭干净。  

       

  　　第六、消除锈迹，铁艺护栏生锈，如果锈迹较小，可以用棉纱沾点机油涂于锈迹处，过后用干布擦拭即可。如果锈迹范围较大，则应该请专业的技术人员进行处理。  

  

    

  　　由于蚕丝的特性，在加上人们对蚕丝被的晾晒众说纷纭，很多消费者都比较迷茫，到底能不能晒的问题。其实蚕丝被是可以晒的，如果一直不晒，会有异味和湿气，导致全棉的层套发霉，甚至是让蚕丝结块，但是在晒的时候需要注意以下几点：  

       

  　　1、新做的蚕丝被会散发出一股蚕蛹的味道，只需将它放在通风的地方2天就可以了。切不可长期暴露在强光下，一般控制在2个小时，既杀菌又增加保暖性，如果时间太长，会破坏蚕丝，导致变质断裂。  

       

  　　2、蚕丝被的晾晒环境要求为阳光稍微弱一点、通风良好的条件，不仅可以接受充足的光照，而且不会破坏被芯。  

       

  　　3、蚕丝被的晾晒时间是有规律的，通常每1个月晒1～3次（干燥天晒1次，潮湿天晒2～3天），每次晒2～3小时，一般2小时就够了，正反两面都要晒到。时间一般选在上午10或下午3点前后，该段时间阳光不会太强。  

       

  　　4、蚕丝被每次晒好后最好用手轻轻拍打一下，以恢复蓬松感和保暖度，增加被子的使用年限。  

  

    

安装注意事项：

    

　　由于泥砂浆及石灰的腐蚀性，安装及装修期敬请注意勿让水泥浆附着在不锈板面上，如不小心溅上，请及时用清水冲洗。

    

单门的安装及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

    

　　2、测量门洞尺寸是否与门框相符，如果门洞尺寸偏大或者偏小，则应修整以能适应为准。

    

　　3、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，必要时加垫木片或硬纸片，在门框安装孔中套画孔位置记号，然后取下门框。

    

　　4、用冲击钻在已做记号的墙上钻孔，钻孔时一定要平正，如有歪斜会直接影响装门。

    

　　5、将框放入门洞，装膨胀螺栓，先预紧固中间螺栓，确定平正后再固定其余螺栓。

    

　　6、把门扇套上门框，检查开关是否灵活，门锁位置是否准确，若有异常可作进一步调整。

    

　　7、确认无其它问题后，将全部膨胀螺栓紧固，如有条件可将螺母与螺栓焊牢。

    

一框两门的安装及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：冲击钻、铁锤、钢丝钳、铅垂、水平尺、水泥钉M10×80或膨胀螺栓M10×100、木片或硬纸片。

    

　　2、把不锈钢门扇取下，将门框放入门洞，用水平尺、铅锤等工具检查门框是否摆正放平，若不平正，用木片垫平整。

    

　　3、先以内门铰一侧作基准边，把门框加强筋上的安装片旋转至与门框垂直，然后将安装片折弯用水泥钉或膨胀螺栓固定在墙上。

    

　　4、将内不锈钢门门扇套上门框，锁上锁，在确保平正的情况下，相继把内门安装片固定在墙上。

    

　　5、用同样的方法将栅栏门套上门框，固定好安装片。

    

　　6、检查内门、栅栏门开关是否灵活，若有异常可塞木片进一步调整。

    

　　7、在门框与墙之间缝隙处塞木片，使门框较为稳定，然后往门框内灌注水泥砂浆，待水泥砂浆凝固干燥后把门缝外木片取出方可使用门的功能。但在24小时内，应尽量减少开关门次数及力度。
