  　　第一、通常业主可能不知道每样饰品和工程的具体造价，无法拿捏金额，这时业主应该多了解，多逛街实地考察、多询问设计师、多查看书籍杂志、多打听装修物资的特点和价钱。  

       

  　　第二、90平米房子的装修预算并不是固定的，在装修过程中总会出现超额装修的部分，业主在装修之前要进行合理的超支预算。建议业主事先计算自己最多能负担的价位，然后将这个价位减去10%～20%作为追加的弹性，剩余部分就是初步预算的上限。  

       

  　　第三、不要贪图便宜。很多业主为了省钱，可能会请无牌的施工队进行装修，导致装修材料以次充好，施工时间拖延，装修质量得不到保障等问题。  

  

    

  　　(1)可选择全屋定制的企业不多。全屋定制是全新概念，在我国还没有完全推广出去，能进行全屋定制的装修公司也非常有限，一般只有部分实力雄厚的企业才能进行。全屋定制的施工流程，每一步都需要精准把握，对装修公司要求极高，所以目前我国大部分企业都还没有这个服务项目。  

       

  　　(2)价格昂贵。全屋定制花费的时间多，还需要有专业的设计师、专业的施工人员、专业的管理人员，与业主进行深度对接，实现业主的个性化装修需求。在这个流程当中，装修公司投入的人力、物力资源雄厚，因此所收取的费用也比较高。市面上，定制柜子的费用都需要上万元，更何况是整个房屋定制，费用可高达几十万。  

  

    

  　　目前在我国，全屋定制并不多件，但是全屋定制家具却比较普及，很多消费者都是相当信赖。全屋定制的家具与整体家居风格相融合，制作厂家排专门的人员进行现场测量，精准度高，根据结果制作家具产品。其中，比较常见的全屋定制家具是衣柜，衣柜多放置在卧室，内部需要放置贴身衣物，消费者对其产品质量要求较高。而且目前衣柜市场混乱，多用合成人工产品替代实木产品，消费者经常会被蒙蔽双眼，所以宁愿选择多花点钱，制造安全性能更高、美观价值更高的定制衣柜产品。  

  

    

  　　第一、从安全性能方面考虑，不要购买过于便宜的灯具，可能会存在质量问题。在选购时要注意检查灯具的合格证、质保书是否齐全，尽量选择有质量保证的品牌产品。  

       

  　　第二、不要购买光源外露的灯具，会容易产生眩光，对人的眼睛造成伤害。  

       

  　　第三、选择灯具时要注意灯具的造型、颜色、风格必须与客厅的整体装修风格和色调相一致，灯具的尺寸大小也要符合客厅空间的实际情况。  

       

  　　第四、灯具的造型结构尽量简约，不要过于繁复，以便于日后装卸与清洁。  

       

  　　第五、灯具多由玻璃制品制作而成，属于易碎品，购买时要注意检查是否有刮痕、破损。  

       

  　　第六、购买灯具前可以先做做功课，了解灯具发展的最新趋势，以免买回来的灯具已经过时。  

       

  　　第七、建议选购节能光源的灯具。  

  

    

    

  

    

  　　1、挂式推拉门由于先装轨道盒再贴砖，外露式轨道盒与砖交接处不好处理，给施工带来一定的难度。由于轨道承受了一定的压力，砖也受力，时间一久，容易导致轨道旁的砖开裂。另外，如果在厨房卫生间等空间内，轨道盒处容易藏污纳垢，油烟积灰等落在上面，给打扫卫生带来麻烦。  

       

  　　2、推拉门上部的轨道盒尺寸要保证在高12厘米，宽9厘米。像窗帘盒一样，轨道盒内安装轨道，可以将推拉门悬挂在轨道上。如今大多数门或门洞的高度是1.95至2.15米。经验表明，当门的高度低于1.95米时，不管人的身高是多少，都会感觉很压抑，不舒服。因此，在做推拉门时，高度最少要在195+12=207厘米以上，有足够空间做轨道盒才可以考虑做推拉门。否则只能是外部悬挂，即轨道盒露在外面，肯定不美观，而且时间一久，门与墙面的缝隙会变大。  

       

  　　3、推拉门的宽度有讲究。正常门的黄金尺寸在80厘米×200厘米左右，在这种结构下，门是相对稳定的。如果有高于200厘米的高度，甚至更高的情况下做推拉门，最好在面积保持不变的前提下，将门的宽度缩窄或多做几扇推拉门，保持门的稳定和使用安全性。  

       

  　　4、慎用由落地到顶的推拉门(明吊轨道盒)。由于推拉时摆动幅度过大，时间一长推拉门容易变形，变形后门就无法开启，也就意味着不可修复和无法使用。  

       

  　　5、由于滑动门与墙壁或柜体两侧接触，因此，在接触的位置不要有其它的物件阻挡滑动门的关闭。比如柜体内抽屉的位置要避开推拉门相交处，且要高于底板至少1cm;折门柜体内的抽屉距侧壁至少15cm此处还要特别注意墙上的电源开关和插座，若阻挡了滑动门的关闭，应改动开关和插座的位置。  

       

  　　6、无论您做任何材料的地面，都要保证水平，门洞的四壁也要保持水平和垂直。否则门在安装完成后会出现歪斜的现象。可调节的误差不大于10mm。  

       

  　　7、在安装位置请不要安装踢角线，石膏线可安装在壁柜上方的封板上，若门直接到顶则不要安装石膏线。  

       

  　　8、5毫米厚度以下的地毯将所在位置的地毯裁掉直接粘贴下轨。5毫米厚度以上的地毯如安装双轨可直接用螺丝固定在地毯上：如安装单轨则必须将所在位置的地毯裁掉,将地毯处事先放置3-5毫米厚的木条，以便将单轨直接粘贴在上面。  

       

  　　9、木地板与瓷砖的结合处,这种情况大多出现在阳台与客厅以及卧室和客厅之间,解决办法如下：1、尽量将下轨安装在一种材料上。2、将两种材料中间另加一条与下轨同宽的木板或大理石。厨房部位也可用门槛石。  

  

    

  　　玻璃推拉门配件在制作之前我们需要准备很多的材料，没有足够的材料我们是很难将玻璃推拉门制作好的，一般制作玻璃推拉门需要准备滑轨、把手、木框、玻璃胶等等的材料，因为使用玻璃，所以玻璃胶是一个不可或缺的材料，其他如滑轨、把手都应该做好准备。
