  　   室内装修流程步骤涉及了进场准备、装修施工流程、竣工总验收及饰后服务四个部分，每一个部分所包含的内容均不同，需要根据现场情况具体实施。             

       

  　　一.  进场准备               

       

          1.室内装修前期需对居室进行检测，包括了对墙、地、顶的平整度及给排水管道做整体布局。             

       

          2.检测电、煤的气畅通情况，另外还需做好相应的记录，并交付业主(代理人)签字认可。             

       

          3.业主还需准备系列的材料，并将清单列出，与配货中心协调。             

       

          4.需要确定施工人员，工地负责人也要明确出来，这是人员调度问题。             

       

          5.工场与现场放样，包括施工图、施工制作要求的展示。             

       

  　　二.装修施工流程               

       

          1.包括了拆除、搬运及做清理的工程。例如，拆除的垃圾及废旧物资，还有施工场地清扫工作。             

       

          2.水电煤工程，包括了以下的内容：             

       

  　　冷热水管的排放及供水设备的安装;             

       

  　　电源、电器、电讯、照明各线路排放，确定装暗盒位置，进行线箱开关插座定位安装;             

       

  　　煤气管道及煤气器具的排放安装。             

       

          3.泥工工程：砌砖、隔墙、门窗  、粉刷(水泥黄沙和纸筋石灰)，此外还包括了晒衣架的安装。             

       

          4.金属工工程             

       

  　　对铝合金门窗、塑钢门窗、防盗门窗、雨棚及晒衣架进行安装;             

       

          5.木工工程，包括了木制品、软卧家居的制作，另外还需铺设地板及踢脚线，并镶嵌配装玻璃制品等。             

       

  　　木制品的制作，包括了门窗套、护墙板、顶角线、吊顶隔断、厨具、玄关等。             

       

  　　软卧家具制作，包括了衣橱、书架橱、电视柜、鞋箱等。             

       

  　　铺设地板、踢脚线(板)。             

       

  　　玻璃制品的镶嵌配装。             

       

          6.饰面工程  ，包括了裱糊贴墙、顶纸(布)，以及软装饰的制作。             

       

          7.油漆工程，包括了以下4个部分的内容：             

       

  　　批嵌墙、顶面腻子、油漆;             

       

  　　木质制品批嵌腻子、油漆;             

       

  　　地板、踢脚线(板)油漆;             

       

  　　墙顶面刷乳胶漆。             

       

          8.安装工程             

       

  　　电器开关、插座面板安装、灯具的安装。             

       

  　　门锁、门铃的安装。             

       

  　　卫生洁具三件套及五金配件(水龙头、皂缸、毛巾架、纸盒、浴缸扶手、镜面玻璃)的安装。             

       

  　　油烟脱排器、热水器、排气扇的安装。             

       

  　　三.竣工总验收               

       

          1.居室已经完成装潢，需要对每间房间里的垃圾进行清扫。             

       

          2.验收工程少不了，须按照相关的装饰装修验收标准验收，若是有需要整改项，之后还须再检验。             

       

          3.须要提供管线电路图，以及设备产品保修卡。             

       

          4.结算整个装潢工程量，并须开具发票证明。             

       

          5.发给装潢工程信誉工程保修卡。             

       

  　　四.饰后服务               

       

  　　主要是后期保修维修工作

          1.业务洽谈，包括了对设计作业流程的解说，针对客户基本要求进行相关的讨论，且提出收费的方式。             

       

          2.签订委托设计合约初谈，这个阶段需进行实地测量记录，并绘制平面、顶面的初步方案。此外还需对设计初步方案进行沟通，之后才是定稿工作。             

       

          3.全套方案设计深谈，须得绘制设计详图，并对设计图纸进行沟通并定稿，然后拟定与预算书。             

       

          4.预算、材料定稿细谈，对建材适用性讨论，并确认工程预算书确认，最后拟定建材表拟定。

          7.按时开工：             

       

          a.按照之前所签合同确定的日期开工;             

       

          b.设计师、施工员、水电专员均到现场进行指导。             

       

          8.施工进行中：             

       

          a.材料配送现场;             

       

          b.严格按图施工;             

       

          c.施工员监督验收;             

       

          d.设计师现场协调。             

       

          9.竣工总验收：             

       

          a.清扫已经装潢过的房间;             

       

          b.按有关验收标准进行验收，若是有需要整改的项目，另外还需再检验;             

       

          c.对实际装饰装修工程量进行总结算             

       

          10.售后服务：             

       

  　　此时，需要签发装修保修单。并提供管线电路图、设备产品的保修卡。此外，还需设立家庭装饰装修工程档案，并安排定期联系访问客户。  

  

    

  　　第一、从安全性能方面考虑，不要购买过于便宜的灯具，可能会存在质量问题。在选购时要注意检查灯具的合格证、质保书是否齐全，尽量选择有质量保证的品牌产品。  

       

  　　第二、不要购买光源外露的灯具，会容易产生眩光，对人的眼睛造成伤害。  

       

  　　第三、选择灯具时要注意灯具的造型、颜色、风格必须与客厅的整体装修风格和色调相一致，灯具的尺寸大小也要符合客厅空间的实际情况。  

       

  　　第四、灯具的造型结构尽量简约，不要过于繁复，以便于日后装卸与清洁。  

       

  　　第五、灯具多由玻璃制品制作而成，属于易碎品，购买时要注意检查是否有刮痕、破损。  

       

  　　第六、购买灯具前可以先做做功课，了解灯具发展的最新趋势，以免买回来的灯具已经过时。  

       

  　　第七、建议选购节能光源的灯具。  

  

    

    

  

    

  　　1、挂式推拉门由于先装轨道盒再贴砖，外露式轨道盒与砖交接处不好处理，给施工带来一定的难度。由于轨道承受了一定的压力，砖也受力，时间一久，容易导致轨道旁的砖开裂。另外，如果在厨房卫生间等空间内，轨道盒处容易藏污纳垢，油烟积灰等落在上面，给打扫卫生带来麻烦。  

       

  　　2、推拉门上部的轨道盒尺寸要保证在高12厘米，宽9厘米。像窗帘盒一样，轨道盒内安装轨道，可以将推拉门悬挂在轨道上。如今大多数门或门洞的高度是1.95至2.15米。经验表明，当门的高度低于1.95米时，不管人的身高是多少，都会感觉很压抑，不舒服。因此，在做推拉门时，高度最少要在195+12=207厘米以上，有足够空间做轨道盒才可以考虑做推拉门。否则只能是外部悬挂，即轨道盒露在外面，肯定不美观，而且时间一久，门与墙面的缝隙会变大。  

       

  　　3、推拉门的宽度有讲究。正常门的黄金尺寸在80厘米×200厘米左右，在这种结构下，门是相对稳定的。如果有高于200厘米的高度，甚至更高的情况下做推拉门，最好在面积保持不变的前提下，将门的宽度缩窄或多做几扇推拉门，保持门的稳定和使用安全性。  

       

  　　4、慎用由落地到顶的推拉门(明吊轨道盒)。由于推拉时摆动幅度过大，时间一长推拉门容易变形，变形后门就无法开启，也就意味着不可修复和无法使用。  

       

  　　5、由于滑动门与墙壁或柜体两侧接触，因此，在接触的位置不要有其它的物件阻挡滑动门的关闭。比如柜体内抽屉的位置要避开推拉门相交处，且要高于底板至少1cm;折门柜体内的抽屉距侧壁至少15cm此处还要特别注意墙上的电源开关和插座，若阻挡了滑动门的关闭，应改动开关和插座的位置。  

       

  　　6、无论您做任何材料的地面，都要保证水平，门洞的四壁也要保持水平和垂直。否则门在安装完成后会出现歪斜的现象。可调节的误差不大于10mm。  

       

  　　7、在安装位置请不要安装踢角线，石膏线可安装在壁柜上方的封板上，若门直接到顶则不要安装石膏线。  

       

  　　8、5毫米厚度以下的地毯将所在位置的地毯裁掉直接粘贴下轨。5毫米厚度以上的地毯如安装双轨可直接用螺丝固定在地毯上：如安装单轨则必须将所在位置的地毯裁掉,将地毯处事先放置3-5毫米厚的木条，以便将单轨直接粘贴在上面。  

       

  　　9、木地板与瓷砖的结合处,这种情况大多出现在阳台与客厅以及卧室和客厅之间,解决办法如下：1、尽量将下轨安装在一种材料上。2、将两种材料中间另加一条与下轨同宽的木板或大理石。厨房部位也可用门槛石。  

  

    

  　　玻璃推拉门配件在制作之前我们需要准备很多的材料，没有足够的材料我们是很难将玻璃推拉门制作好的，一般制作玻璃推拉门需要准备滑轨、把手、木框、玻璃胶等等的材料，因为使用玻璃，所以玻璃胶是一个不可或缺的材料，其他如滑轨、把手都应该做好准备。
