错层客厅的优势其实是很明显的，当我们走进家里，就能看到一个比较有层次感的客厅，显得比较有时尚感，适合年纪轻的用户居住。而且一般家里的错层都只有3~5层，进出也比较方便。如果设计的比较好，还可以设计出一个动静区分开来的客厅。  

  　　当然有优势就会带来一定的问题，错层客厅在抗震方面比较弱，因为整体的结构都是不稳定不对称的。而且客厅的台阶比较多，老人和小孩比较容易摔跤。采光和通风方面也有影响。  

  　　我们在设计错层客厅楼梯的时候，每层楼梯高度要控制在30cm~45cm之间。这样的高度，无论是老人还是小孩，爬起来都会便捷，不会很累。如果楼梯太低，那么错层的效果就不太能出得来，但如果太高的话，就会影响一个整体性。  

  　　错层客厅有两种错层方式：一种是立体错，还有一种是平面错。  

  　　立体错就是指利用两到三个楼层自然的转换出三到四个面积不同的空间。  

  　　平面错就是按照想错的两个楼梯朝向不同的方向，一般来说都是起居室和卧室之间会有一个错层，叫做东西错，而客厅和餐厅一般都是南北错。  

  　　大家要注意，错层并不是越多越好，如果错层太多，一方面是影响美观，另一方面，家里有老人孩子摔倒的几率也比较大。在设计的时候一定要考虑以下稳定性，因为错层客厅对于户型的结构要求比较大，所以要设立一个梁柱。  

  　　相信大家对于阳台都不陌生，一些家庭客厅和阳台往往是相连的，就可以打造一个错层客厅阳台。  

  　　在装修错层客厅阳台的时候，首先要分清主次，因为我们知道，错层必定是在大户型家庭里，所以一般都会有2~3个阳台，那么这个时候我们就要明确每一个阳台它的功能是什么，是用来休闲健身，喝喝下午茶，还是用来晒衣服，晾衣服。主阳台一般都是用来当做茶室或者健身区域的，和客厅相连。次阳台则与卧室相连，用来晾晒衣服。  

  　　还有就是要注意质量，阳台的封装是装修阳台最重要的一个步骤，装修完成后要检查它的抗风力，否则透气又透风，这个阳台装的一点意义都没有。  

  　　错层阳台还应该注意的一点就是防排水。许多家庭会选择在阳台上防止洗衣机，洗完了之后可以直接进行晾晒。这就要求了在安装排水功能和防水功能的时候必须非常仔细，一个细节都不可以放过，不然很容易就会有积水的现象或者渗漏的现象，引起不必要的麻烦。  

  　　蝶阀的作用主要是以下两个：  

  　　1、切断与节流的作用。  

  　　2、调节流体流量或开关的作用。  

　　1.搬运PPR水管的时候要注意保护，避免挤压等伤害。

　　2.PPR水管安装的时候不要重压、敲击等等。

　　3.安装在户外，其外表应用遮蔽的东西进行掩护。

　　4.每隔一两年进行检查一遍管道是否损坏。

          当ppr水管漏水了，我们该怎么办?不要光呆看着而束手无措了，可以这样做：             

          1.用小钢锯将水管漏水的地方锯掉，注意，锯口要是平整的。             

          2.拿一张砂纸打磨新露出的端口，动作应轻轻的，不需要打磨得太多。             

          3.用一块干净布擦拭端口。             

          4.将专用胶水涂于ppr水管的端口上，稍晾一会儿，期间在“竹节”的接头内涂上胶水。             

          5.ppr水管的两端都将端口与“竹节”相连，并反复转动直至牢固。             

          6.待上述过程结束后，于接缝处涂抹适量的胶水，避免出现渗漏的现象。  

          是中纤板好，还是实木颗粒板好，将两者的优缺点进行对比：             

  　　中纤板：             

          1.优点：材质细腻，裁切面封边做得好，不易开胶，方便制成各种造型，因此常用来制作门板或背板。             

          2.缺点：其基材为粉末类，使用的胶水较颗粒板的多，因此容易有环保问题。另外，因中纤板胶水含量多，内部结构空间少，因此防潮性差，极易变形。             

  　　实木颗粒板：             

          1.优点：该板材内部结构为交叉错落，握钉力好。板材的密度比较高，木质纤维颗粒比较大，有更多的天然木材本质，黏胶剂使用量通常低于5%，更具环保特点。此外，该板材变形小，尺寸稳定性好，强度高，因此即便挂上重物也不容易变形。             

          2.因其平整度不够，所以不易做弧度和造型。
