(1)吊顶施工的龙骨架设是指在房屋装修过程中龙骨的造型、安装、龙骨表层修饰等工程。  

       

  　　(2)对于吊顶施工中龙骨架设的工期，要根据架设的工程量来决定，不过对于小区中居家的户型来说，其龙骨架设的周期一般情况下不会超过10天。  

       

  　　(3)龙骨架设中的主龙骨是指吊顶中起主要承重作用的龙骨，其需要承受吊顶的主要重力，而且还要为副龙骨的架设提供受力面。  

       

  　　(4)龙骨架设中的副龙骨在吊顶中起到的作用是分散吊顶承重的受力面，并且为石膏板的安装提供受力面。  

  

    

  　　(1)在吊顶施工中，对于龙骨以及石膏板的固定，一定要确保安装的牢固、不松动，石膏板的表面一定要确保平整。因此在对吊顶封板前，一定要对吊顶的吊点、吊杆以及龙骨还收石膏板的安装进行仔细的检查，如果发现有吊点松动和吊杆弯曲、歪斜等现象，一定要督促工人进行及时的调整。  

       

  　　(2)对于木龙骨吊顶中龙骨的拱度不均匀的情况，我们可以利用吊杆或者是吊筋螺栓来调整龙骨的拱度。  

       

  　　(3)对于吊顶内的电器管线以及排水、空调管线的安装，我们必须首先进行安装。待其安装好之后，才能进行封罩面板。在进行封罩面板的过程中，我们要检查面罩是不是平整，防止不平整影响吊顶的美观度。  

  

    

  　　(1)吊顶形式与质量的控制。对于家装中的吊顶形式，目前采用较多的就是悬挂式的吊顶形式。在悬挂式吊顶施工中，我们首先需要注意的就是材料的选择，然后就是要严格控制施工规范的具体操作，从而确保吊顶安装正确。对于吊顶材料，我们尽量选择不燃、或者是不易燃的吊顶材料，如果选择木材作为吊顶的骨架，那么对于木材一定要做防火处理。比如涂刷防火漆等，从而避免产火灾隐患。  

       

  　　(2)对于厨房、卫浴等空间的吊顶，最好是选择金属材质的吊顶或者是塑料材质的吊顶。因为这两个空间的空气湿度都比较高，采用易吸潮饰面板吊顶，会导致吊顶的面板出现变形和脱落的现象。而金属材质和塑料材质的吊顶具有良好的防潮性能，因此非常适合用于这种场合。  

       

  　　(3)在现代风格和港式风格中，有的人会选择玻璃吊顶。对此，我们要提醒道，一定要选择安全玻璃，从而防范危险事故的发生。  

  

    

  　　在吊顶施工中，需要验收的事项主要包括以下几项：  

       

  　　(1)吊顶的标高、尺寸、起拱和造型设施是不是符合相关的施工规范以及设计要求。  

       

  　　(2)吊顶面板的材料、品种、规格、图案、颜色是不是符合当时约定的设计要求。  

       

  　　(3)吊顶龙骨的材质、规格、安装等是不是符合相关的施工技术标准，金属吊杆的龙骨表面是不是进行了防锈处理，木龙骨的表面是不是进行了防腐、防火处理。  

  

    

  　　地面涂料施工方法  

       

  　　1、混凝土基层面：平整度≤2mm/2M，强度≥20MPa，打扫、吸尘、表面应平坦、干燥，无杂质、油污、松散物等，含水率不高于8%。  

       

  　　2、底漆：双组份地面涂料底漆涂布于基底上，组合好的底漆材料须在1小时内使用完毕，可用滚涂或刮片均匀施工至少一遍封闭底漆，厚度在0.1mm左右，使它渗透至混凝土内部，可巩固基底并防止使用过程中涂料与混凝土出现层间分离。  

       

  　　3、中涂砂浆层：在地面耐磨涂料中，按比例加入石英砂粉搅拌均匀至无结团，调成较稀混合物后即可批刮地面二遍，填平砂眼，厚度为0.3mm。组合好的中涂材料须在1小时内使用完。石英砂用量随着道数的增加而逐渐削减，或者选用细号砂，可以加大找平层和耐磨度，使地面更加平坦和耐磨。  

       

  　　4、中涂腻子层：先按照比例配制材料，加入腻子粉搅拌均匀，然后按比例加入固化剂，调成较稀的腻子，即可满刮地面二遍，厚度0.4mm。配制好的中涂材料须在1小时内使用完。固化后，打磨平，清除外表面的浮尘，目的使其平坦，增加表面的附着力、平整度及耐冲击性。  

       

  　　5、防滑层面涂：按照正确的比例将色剂及固化剂混合充分搅拌均匀，使用滚筒或刮板将材料均匀涂布面层二遍，厚度在0.2mm，混合材料需在30分钟内施工完毕，滚涂面层时使其表面平坦无色差。  

       

  　　需要压花型的可以将地面涂料及固化剂按比例混合好，再加入一定量的粉搅匀，然后用带“V”形齿的泥刀铺开物料，然后用压花滚筒在地面上来回滚动，即可。  

       

  　　6、面层收光：根据地坪的硬化情况，进行收光作业。地坪收光完毕，进行薄膜养护或进行专业清洗打蜡，可使地面防尘防水、耐磨耐腐蚀、易清洁，具有显著的装饰和保护效果。  

  

    

  　　1.安装铝合金机匣横梁  

       

        安装时注意使之保持水平，误差为1mm，如不水平会导致门体行走时出现力道不均匀的现象，造成机器寿命降低。  

       

  　　2.门体吊挂的安装  

       

  　　用附带的门体吊挂螺栓组件把吊架装置安装到门体上指定位置。  

       

  　　3.限位装置安装  

       

  　　拧松限位器的安装螺栓,把限位器装置确定嵌入到动力梁的导轨上。首先移动门体确定门体的开闭位置，然后确定限位器的位置,设定限位器装置的位置时，应使吊挂装置碰到限位器的胶垫后停止,用六角扳手确实拧紧固定安装螺栓。  

       

  　　4.门体的高度及缝隙调整  

       

  　　拧松固定吊架用螺母，进行调整螺栓的安全调整，拧紧固定吊架用螺母。确认行走时的阻力,确认门移动是没有滞重现象，而且没有摩擦声音，门体与门框之间是否有摩擦。门体动扇与地面高度一般保持在10mm。动扇与定扇之间缝隙为5mm。  

       

  　　5.皮带张力的调整  

       

  　　将张紧轮装置向左用力拉，使皮带保持绷紧，然后拧紧四个压板螺栓。拧松四个调节固定螺栓，沿顺时针方向旋转张力调整螺栓，调整皮带张力，拧紧四个调节板固定螺栓。  

       

  　　6.地轮的安装  

       

  　　在安装时地轮的中心位置根据门体动扇宽度的一半加上5mm。  

       

  　　7.控制系统的调整  

       

        在正常情况下不用去调整，保持出厂设定为好。  

       

  　　8.探头的安装  

       

  　　安装前用螺丝刀从探头后部将探头外壳开启。将盒内贴图放置到要安装位置，按图打孔，将探头线从引出线孔穿出。将电线穿过引出线孔，拧紧两个螺钉，要保留的电线足以接到接线板上。调整探头照射的角度根据现场环境选择合适的角度，调整时注意不要用手接触到平面天线。  

       

  　　9.安装完成后检查  

       

        安装完成后将门动扇关闭，检查门体动扇活动区域没有无障碍物，探头照射区域没有活动人员的情况下进行通电。第一次通电时，门体以慢速缓慢运动以记录门体行程。  

  

    

  地热管不热怎么办  1、管道压力不够  

       

  　　有的业户楼层过高或者是小区供暖未端，管道压力不够，导致供暖不理想，  

       

  　　解决方法：这种情况下需要找供暖公司或者找物业来解决，如果解决不了，建议安装循环泵来提高供热水的循环以达到理想的供热效果。  

       

  地热管不热怎么办  2、管道有气  

       

  　　地暖主杠热，回水杠不热，是管道里有气顶着，导致热水不能进入到回路里不能进行循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的放气阀把管道里的气打开，放气，直至放出热水。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  3、过滤器堵塞  

       

  　　供水主杠不热，有可能是供热水质太脏，导致过滤器堵塞，不能使其正常循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：将给水阀门和回水阀门都关闭，用扳手将过滤器排污口拧开，将过滤网取出来倒掉赃物后装回去，将排污口拧紧。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  4、地暖长期不清洗  

       

  　　管道结垢、淤泥锈垢、菌藻等，没有定期处理，长期附着在管路内壁上，使地暖采暖系统温度降低，出现故障，甚至造成地暖管路栓塞。  

       

  　　解决方法：一般来说地暖管道3—5年到清洗一次，地暖设备在每年地暖供暖以前都需要进行清理，地暖清洗应该由专业的地暖清洗公司完成。  

       

  　地热管不热怎么办  5、回路不匀  

       

  　　同一小区其他用户采暖效果好，而自家效果不好，地暖施工回路不匀。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的小阀门来调解一下各个回路的循环，使其能匀均循环，达到理想的供暖效果。
