防潮涂料顾名思义就是具有防止潮湿功能的一种特殊涂料，以水为媒介，用硅橡胶(聚硅氧烷)高分子聚合物、丙烯酸酯类、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、醋酸乙烯酯类聚合物等高分子材料的水溶液为成膜物质，添加多种辅佐成分制成的涂料，可以有效阻止水分渗透。  

       

  　　防潮涂料的成膜物不溶于水，涂膜具有很好的耐水性、耐侯性、耐刷洗性，不容易受潮，即使在特别潮湿的梅雨天气也不会因此而发霉脱落，可以用于墙壁防潮，防止外界湿气由墙体渗入室内，常用于潮湿的环境的房屋装修，当然防潮涂料也不是万能的，如果空气湿度过大，水分遇冷在墙壁凝结形成返潮，那么就没有涂料能防止此现象，只能通过空调除湿等措施来预防。

  　　防潮涂料有哪些  

       

  　　按照防潮涂料的液态类型，可把防潮涂料分为溶剂型、水乳型、反应型三种。  

       

  　　1、溶剂型防潮涂料  

       

  　　在这类涂料中，高分子材料作为主要成膜物质，溶解于有机溶剂中变成溶液。  

       

  　　该类涂料具有以下特点：通过溶剂蒸发，经过高分子物质分子链接触、搭接等进程而结膜，涂料干燥快，涂膜较薄而细密，出产工艺较简便，涂料储存稳定性较好。但是在成膜过程中释放的有机物有毒、易燃、易暴，且长期渗透污染环境，现在已被建设部列为淘汰和禁用产品。  

       

  　　2、水乳型防潮涂料  

       

  　　这类防潮涂料的高分子成膜物质材料以极微小的颗粒安稳悬浮在水中，而不是呈分子状况溶解在水中，最后形成一种乳液状的涂料。  

       

  　　该类涂料具有以下特性：可以通过水分蒸发，固体微粒挨近、结合、变形等进程而结膜，涂料干燥速度较慢，可以一次成膜，但是涂膜细密性与溶剂型相比要差一些，通常不宜在5℃以下施工，贮存期通常不可以超过半年，可以在稍为湿润的底层上施工，具有无毒、不燃，出产、贮运、运输相对比较安全的优点，同时操作简洁，不污染环境，生产成本较为低廉。  

       

  　　3、反应型防潮涂料  

       

  　　这类防潮涂料高分子成膜物质以预聚物液态形状存在，多以双组分或单组分构成涂料，基本上是不含溶剂的。  

       

  　　此类涂料具有以下特性：经过液态的高分子预聚物与相应物质发生化学反应，成为固态物，可一次件结成较厚的涂膜，涂膜细密，没有收缩现象。双组分防潮涂料需现场配比使用才能保证质量，成本较高。

  　　防潮涂料用法  

       

  　　防潮涂料有两种，一种是双组份聚氨酯防潮涂料，这种涂料使用的时候需要将两组材料按照一定比列配比，然后搅拌均匀才可使用。  

       

  　　另一种是单组份聚氨酯防潮涂料，这种涂料可以直接使用，也可以根据说明按照需要添加一定比例的水混合搅拌均匀后使用。  

       

  　　不同的防潮涂料有不同的用法，但一般的涂料品牌都会配有说明书，只要在使用的时候按照说明要求即可。  

  

    

  　　1.安装铝合金机匣横梁  

       

        安装时注意使之保持水平，误差为1mm，如不水平会导致门体行走时出现力道不均匀的现象，造成机器寿命降低。  

       

  　　2.门体吊挂的安装  

       

  　　用附带的门体吊挂螺栓组件把吊架装置安装到门体上指定位置。  

       

  　　3.限位装置安装  

       

  　　拧松限位器的安装螺栓,把限位器装置确定嵌入到动力梁的导轨上。首先移动门体确定门体的开闭位置，然后确定限位器的位置,设定限位器装置的位置时，应使吊挂装置碰到限位器的胶垫后停止,用六角扳手确实拧紧固定安装螺栓。  

       

  　　4.门体的高度及缝隙调整  

       

  　　拧松固定吊架用螺母，进行调整螺栓的安全调整，拧紧固定吊架用螺母。确认行走时的阻力,确认门移动是没有滞重现象，而且没有摩擦声音，门体与门框之间是否有摩擦。门体动扇与地面高度一般保持在10mm。动扇与定扇之间缝隙为5mm。  

       

  　　5.皮带张力的调整  

       

  　　将张紧轮装置向左用力拉，使皮带保持绷紧，然后拧紧四个压板螺栓。拧松四个调节固定螺栓，沿顺时针方向旋转张力调整螺栓，调整皮带张力，拧紧四个调节板固定螺栓。  

       

  　　6.地轮的安装  

       

  　　在安装时地轮的中心位置根据门体动扇宽度的一半加上5mm。  

       

  　　7.控制系统的调整  

       

        在正常情况下不用去调整，保持出厂设定为好。  

       

  　　8.探头的安装  

       

  　　安装前用螺丝刀从探头后部将探头外壳开启。将盒内贴图放置到要安装位置，按图打孔，将探头线从引出线孔穿出。将电线穿过引出线孔，拧紧两个螺钉，要保留的电线足以接到接线板上。调整探头照射的角度根据现场环境选择合适的角度，调整时注意不要用手接触到平面天线。  

       

  　　9.安装完成后检查  

       

        安装完成后将门动扇关闭，检查门体动扇活动区域没有无障碍物，探头照射区域没有活动人员的情况下进行通电。第一次通电时，门体以慢速缓慢运动以记录门体行程。  

  

    

  地热管不热怎么办  1、管道压力不够  

       

  　　有的业户楼层过高或者是小区供暖未端，管道压力不够，导致供暖不理想，  

       

  　　解决方法：这种情况下需要找供暖公司或者找物业来解决，如果解决不了，建议安装循环泵来提高供热水的循环以达到理想的供热效果。  

       

  地热管不热怎么办  2、管道有气  

       

  　　地暖主杠热，回水杠不热，是管道里有气顶着，导致热水不能进入到回路里不能进行循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的放气阀把管道里的气打开，放气，直至放出热水。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  3、过滤器堵塞  

       

  　　供水主杠不热，有可能是供热水质太脏，导致过滤器堵塞，不能使其正常循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：将给水阀门和回水阀门都关闭，用扳手将过滤器排污口拧开，将过滤网取出来倒掉赃物后装回去，将排污口拧紧。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  4、地暖长期不清洗  

       

  　　管道结垢、淤泥锈垢、菌藻等，没有定期处理，长期附着在管路内壁上，使地暖采暖系统温度降低，出现故障，甚至造成地暖管路栓塞。  

       

  　　解决方法：一般来说地暖管道3—5年到清洗一次，地暖设备在每年地暖供暖以前都需要进行清理，地暖清洗应该由专业的地暖清洗公司完成。  

       

  　地热管不热怎么办  5、回路不匀  

       

  　　同一小区其他用户采暖效果好，而自家效果不好，地暖施工回路不匀。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的小阀门来调解一下各个回路的循环，使其能匀均循环，达到理想的供暖效果。
