　　4.粘接前，应对承插口先插入试验，不得全部插入，一般为承口的3/4深度，试插合格后，用棉布将承插口需粘接部位的水分、灰尘擦拭干净。如有油污，需要丙酮除掉。用毛刷涂抹粘接剂，先涂抹承口后涂抹插口，随即用力垂直插入，插入粘接时，将插口稍做转动，以利粘接剂分布均匀，根据胶粘剂的性能和气候条件静至接口固化为止。冬季施工时固化时间应适当延长。

    

　　5.塑料排水管道安装时，可采用铅丝临时吊挂，进行预安装，调整甩口坐标、位置、管道标高、坡度符合设计要求进行粘接，并及时校正甩口坐标位置、标高坡度。待粘接固化后，安装固定支撑件但不宜卡固过紧。采用金属支架时，必须在与管外径接触处垫好橡胶垫片。

    

　　6.排水立管最低层和最高层应设检查口，检查口中心距地面为1.0米。

    

　　7.管道安装好后应及时堵管洞，按规范要求支模封堵，安装后的管道严禁攀登或借做他用。
