第一、柔性薄膜开关           

         　　柔性薄膜开关的面膜层、隔离层、电路层都是由各种不同性质的柔性薄膜所组成。柔性薄膜开关的电路层是采用电器性能良好的聚酯薄膜(PET)作为开关电路图形的载体。由于聚酯薄膜所具有性质的影响，使得这种薄膜开关具有良好的绝缘性、耐热性、抗折性和较高的回弹性。           

         　　第二、硬性薄膜开关           

         　　硬性薄膜开关是指开关的图形和线路制作在普遍的印刷线路覆铜板上。特点是工艺稳定，阻值低，可在其背面直接焊接电路中的某些组件。在面积不大的情况下，可省去硬质衬板层。硬性薄膜开关一般都采用金属导片作为导通迷宫触点，因而手感较好。但在整机中装联不及软性薄膜开关方便，往往需要焊接并通过扁平电缆将引线引出。           

         　　第三、立体薄膜开关           

         　　薄膜开关上的按键，通常是采用不同色彩来表示键体的位置、形体和大小，在薄膜开关的初始阶段较为普遍。立体薄膜开关的开关键体微微凸起，略高于面板，构成立体形状的薄膜开关，称为立体键开关。立体键能够准确地给定键体范围，提高辨认速度，使操作者的触觉敏感，还增进了产品外观的装饰效果。           

  

      　　第一、耐久性好           

         　　薄膜开关的使用寿命一般能达到一百万次以上。由于开关动作只由弹性薄膜的垂直方向弹动实现的，虽经过百万次的蠕动，但由于蠕变的幅度很小，仅为  0.1—0.3mm，加之材料选择的合理性，远没有达到薄膜的屈服极限，因此薄膜材料能承受一百万次以上的使用而不变形。           

         　　第二、密封性好           

         　　薄膜开关是整体结构密封，不易氧化，具有良好的防水、防尘、防油、防有害气体侵蚀的特点，适合用于各种恶劣环境。           

         　　第三、重量轻、体积小           

         　　薄膜开关在设计上可以排列组合成薄膜键盘，而且多层薄膜组合而成的密封薄片式结构，所有开关之间的连接线以及引出线是由丝网印刷一次性完成，总厚度在  1—3mm之间，体积缩小了，质量减轻了，可靠性也提高了。           

         　　第四、色彩丰富           

         　　薄膜开关外表美观大方，色彩丰富，可以根据使用者的设计进行构思，装饰效果上体现出材质美、装饰美、工艺美的综合特征。           

         　　第五、降低机电产品的配套成本           

         　　薄膜开关的安装是粘贴式，只需揭去背胶纸，就可以牢固地粘贴在整机表面，其引线出口插入整机后置电路的插座上，便可接通电路。省工省料，降低了整机的配套成本。           

  

      　　第一、将薄膜开关需要贴合的表面清洁干净，被贴合的表面要求平整、无锈、无油、无尘。           

         　　第二、把薄膜开关放到需要粘贴处对比一下大小，看看位置是否准确。           

         　　第三、将薄膜开关底部离心纸从边上剥去大约10mm。           

         　　第四、把薄膜开关放到相应的位置贴住一部分，慢慢撕去剩余的离心纸，依次贴到对应的位置。           

         　　第五、粘贴应一次性完成，不能重复操作，撕拉角度不能超过15度。试按手感时，一定要放平在桌面上后再按，不能拿在手上腾空按，以免影响薄膜开关的使用寿命。           

  

      　　第一、拉绳开关应该安装在输送机两边有检修通道之处，安装的位置应确保检修人员在紧急情况下方便操作。           

         　　第二、将拉绳开关固定在机架上。           

         　　第三、每一侧的两台开关之间距离约为50m，采用直径为Φ4的钢丝绳进行连接，松紧要保持适度。           

         　　第四、为了减小钢丝绳的自重对开关启动的影响，每隔3m应在机架上安装一个托环，用来支撑钢丝绳。           

         　　第五、钢丝绳的另一端系在拉簧上，并用绳扣固定住，在不影响正常使用的情况下，用紧线器将两侧拉绳张紧，确保两侧张力均衡。

  地热管不热怎么办  1、管道压力不够  

       

  　　有的业户楼层过高或者是小区供暖未端，管道压力不够，导致供暖不理想，  

       

  　　解决方法：这种情况下需要找供暖公司或者找物业来解决，如果解决不了，建议安装循环泵来提高供热水的循环以达到理想的供热效果。  

       

  地热管不热怎么办  2、管道有气  

       

  　　地暖主杠热，回水杠不热，是管道里有气顶着，导致热水不能进入到回路里不能进行循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的放气阀把管道里的气打开，放气，直至放出热水。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  3、过滤器堵塞  

       

  　　供水主杠不热，有可能是供热水质太脏，导致过滤器堵塞，不能使其正常循环。  

       

  　　解决方法：将给水阀门和回水阀门都关闭，用扳手将过滤器排污口拧开，将过滤网取出来倒掉赃物后装回去，将排污口拧紧。  

       

  　　地热管不热怎么办  4、地暖长期不清洗  

       

  　　管道结垢、淤泥锈垢、菌藻等，没有定期处理，长期附着在管路内壁上，使地暖采暖系统温度降低，出现故障，甚至造成地暖管路栓塞。  

       

  　　解决方法：一般来说地暖管道3—5年到清洗一次，地暖设备在每年地暖供暖以前都需要进行清理，地暖清洗应该由专业的地暖清洗公司完成。  

       

  　地热管不热怎么办  5、回路不匀  

       

  　　同一小区其他用户采暖效果好，而自家效果不好，地暖施工回路不匀。  

       

  　　解决方法：用分水器上的小阀门来调解一下各个回路的循环，使其能匀均循环，达到理想的供暖效果。
