防火电线，顾名思义为可以防火的电线。这只是这种类型的电线的总称，其实细分可以分为两个小类。  

       

  　　阻燃电线：所谓的阻燃，就是延缓电线在燃烧时的速度，因为成本比较低，被家庭火灾商业中广泛使用。其原理是利用构成电线材料的阻燃、燃点高的特点，在切断电源后能够及时的阻止火势，使得电线被燃烧的范围得到控制直到救援。此种电线在燃烧时所产生的烟雾少，且毒性较低，有很多厂商为了其阻燃性能得到提升，还配以阻燃剂和抑烟剂等添加剂。  

       

  　　耐火电线：耐火电线不同于阻燃的电线的特点就在于其在被燃烧的时候能保证电路的完整性，在环境条件比较恶劣的环境下能保持工作的完整性。而且其外壳材料是采用特殊的材料制成，不但能隔绝温度对内部的影响，被燃烧后产生的有毒物质很少，并且保证了在水火中能够不影响。，甚至在剧烈的震动下都能完整的运行。  

  

    

  　　在现阶段的防火电线主要有阻燃标准电线和无卤性电线。因为欧盟的标准与亚洲的标准有所不同，而且国内厂商多余防火电线设计方案与国外防火方案又不一样，所以很难有一个标准。  

       

  　　标准型阻燃电缆：  

       

  　　1、增压级电线属于其最高级别的一阻燃类型，性能最强，最明显的特点就是标准阻燃时间长，且燃烧熏烟浓度低，刺鼻味少。要求是标准单位燃烧时间19分钟，燃点较高。  

       

  　　2、干线级电线属于通用型工业防火电线。其特点为单位标准燃烧时间为40分钟，且浓烟度虽然高，但是无公害，水平垂直布线无要求。  

       

  　　3、商用级电线安全级别虽然不高，但是符合普通的安全标准，属于商用型建材材料，值得注意的是其阻燃构造不适宜垂直布线  

       

  　　4、家用级阻燃电线，用适用于内部干线，例如管道或者其他暗线，安全系数一般，不适合大面积铺设跟多数量铺设。  

       

  　　低烟无卤电线：其主要的材质特点就是不含卤素，遇火后产生的烟相对较少，外缘所包裹的线缆材质在燃烧后不会产生毒害物质。其的阻燃标准达到了干线级标准，是比较好的阻燃电线。在燃烧后其烟雾标准就是保持透光性能要在65%左右。这样能确保安全逃生。  

       

  　　耐火电线则基本分为两种，按照其燃烧后可工作时间来区分，一般国际标准为文读在825℃左右能工作3个小时以上，这样能大幅度保证财产生命的安全。

  　　电缆的结构较为复杂，由内到外是由导电材料构成的线，再到外面是一层绝缘层，常用聚氯乙烯。往外为密封层，主要是用来对内部电线的保护，柔韧性较差，但是具有很好的绝缘防潮能力。最后一层是覆盖层，是直接对外最明显的保护层，耐腐蚀，抗压抗拉。
